Odyssey Shankle Bus & Truck Repair

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“End User,” “Customer,” or “You”) and Odyssey Shankle Bus & Truck Repair (“Company,” “We,” or “Us”). By accessing, purchasing, downloading, or using any digital materials, documents, guides, images, logos, software, or other proprietary content provided by the Company (collectively, the “Licensed Material”), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
If you do not agree to the terms, do not use the Licensed Material.
1. Grant of License
The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Licensed Material for your personal or internal business use only.
You may not:
- Sell, resell, or distribute the Licensed Material
- Share, upload, or make the Licensed Material publicly available
- Modify, copy, or create derivative works without written permission
- Use the Licensed Material for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
2. Ownership and Intellectual Property
All Licensed Material is the exclusive property of Odyssey Shankle Bus & Truck Repair and is protected under copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
This Agreement does not transfer ownership of any rights to you.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Remove or alter any copyright, watermark, or proprietary notices
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source of any digital tools or systems
- Use the Licensed Material to create competing products or services
4. Updates and Modifications
The Company may update, modify, or replace the Licensed Material at any time.
Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
5. Term and Termination
This Agreement begins upon your access or use of the Licensed Material and continues until terminated.
The Company may terminate the Agreement immediately if you breach any term.
Upon termination, you must delete and destroy all copies of the Licensed Material.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Licensed Material is provided “AS IS” with no guarantees, warranties, or promises of performance, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Use at your own discretion.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Issues resulting from misuse or modification of the Licensed Material
The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) for the Licensed Material.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Odyssey Shankle Bus & Truck Repair harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Improper use of the Licensed Material
- Violation of this Agreement
- Violation of any applicable laws
9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
10. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the full understanding between you and Odyssey Shankle Bus & Truck Repair regarding the Licensed Material and supersedes all previous agreements or representations.
Acknowledgment
By using or accessing the Licensed Material, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
